Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ariwis ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. Accounts and roles
You must provide accurate information when registering. Each account holds a single role — landlord or tenant. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Listings
Landlords may publish up to ten (10) rental ads free of charge. Once the free limit is reached, additional ad slots may be purchased. All listings must be accurate and represent real, available properties. Listings that misrepresent the property or violate these terms may be removed without notice.
3. Applications and credits
Tenants apply to listings using application credits. New tenants receive three (3) starter credits. Additional credits may be purchased. Each submitted application consumes one credit. Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
4. Purchases
Credit packs and extra ad slots are sold as one-time purchases and processed by our payment provider. Prices are displayed at the point of purchase. All purchases are final — we do not offer refunds.
5. Messaging
Landlords may open a conversation thread on an application to request additional information. Once opened, both parties may exchange messages and files. You agree not to use messaging for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose. File attachments must not exceed 10 MB.
6. Acceptable use
- Provide truthful information in listings and applications.
- Do not impersonate another person or entity.
- Do not scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.
- Respect other users and their data.
7. Profiles and scores
Landlord profiles display a responsiveness score computed from response rate and speed. Users may choose whether their profile is public. You are responsible for the content you publish on your profile.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant Ariwis a license to display it within the Service for the purpose of listings, applications, and messaging.
9. Disclaimer
Ariwis is a platform connecting landlords and tenants. We do not guarantee any rental outcome, the accuracy of listings, or the suitability of any applicant. You use the Service at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ariwis is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we believe harm the Service or its users.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The updated date at the top reflects the latest revision.
