For landlords

  2. 2. Publish up to 10 active ads — completely free, with photos and full details.
  3. 3. Receive complete applications with income, household details and documents.
  4. 4. Shortlist, accept or reject each applicant from your inbox.

For renters

  1. 1. Create a tenant account — you start with 3 free credits.
  2. 2. Browse homes and open the one you want.
  3. 3. Press Apply, fill in the application and attach your documents.
  4. 4. Each application costs 1 credit. Track every status in your dashboard.
